Mechanical Engineering Team Lead

Job Purpose :

• Allegion India is seeking a highly motivated team lead to lead projects and people in the Engineered to Order group.
• Responsibilities would include but not limited to : Technical Leadership of drafting engineers;
• Technical mentoring of engineers and senior engineers;
• Interface with management, have technical project oversight responsibilities beyond the engineering role;
• and maintain partnerships & visibility across the organization;
• Lead drawing reviews;

Process development / Enhancement.
