Are you a seasoned Engineering Manager with 12–18 years of experience looking to lead a high-performing software engineering team? We want YOU to join us in Bengaluru, Pune, Kochi, or Mysuru !

At the heart of this role, you’ll combine technical leadership with strong business acumen , driving innovation, delivery excellence, and operational efficiency. This is your chance to own projects from proposal to delivery, mentor talented engineers, and shape cutting-edge solutions!

What you'll do :

🔹 Lead and mentor teams to deliver complex software solutions on time & within budget

🔹 Collaborate with sales, pre-sales & solution architects during project lifecycles

🔹 Define engineering best practices, coding standards & quality guidelines

🔹 Manage resource planning, performance evaluations & stakeholder communication

🔹 Drive process improvements, automation & continuous delivery

🔹 Stay ahead with emerging technologies, especially AI-driven projects

What we’re looking for :

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years managing engineering teams within 12–18 years total experience
• Strong background in project estimation, proposal prep & Agile practices
• Hands-on expertise with Java, .NET, Python, React, Cloud or equivalent
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AI projects & global delivery models is a big plus!
