Key Responsibilities - Build and manage the sales pipeline by closely working with prospective clients. - Manage the complete sales cycle—from qualifying leads to closing deals. - Understand customer business challenges, identify their impact, and position Autoplant’s offerings effectively. - Collaborate with the solution delivery / implementation team to design the best project plans during the sales process. - Drive B2B sales with a focus on IoT-based solutions. - Develop expertise in supply chain and logistics processes.
Requirements Education : - Preferred : BCA, B.Tech (IT), MCA, BSc (Computer Science), PGDM - Nice to have : MBA (Marketing)
Experience : - 4–10 years in sales, preferably with exposure to IoT solutions (RFID, GPS technologies).
Behavioral & Skills : - Ability to engage with all levels of client organizations (CIOs, Business / Department Heads). - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Product / solution selling expertise with technical knowledge. - Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. - Self-driven and proactive approach.
