Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial).
• Preferred : MBA (Operations / Quality Management).
• Desirable : Lean Six Sigma (GB / BB), PMP, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor.
• Beneficial : Data Center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, DCOS).

Role Purpose

Lead operational excellence and compliance across all data center operations through continuous improvement, process standardization, efficiency enhancement, and governance. Drive data-based decision-making and ensure adherence to best-in-class operational and compliance standards. Reports to Director – Operations Engineering.
