Responsibilities :
- Run quality controls & campaign logistics like a tight ship and secures smooth launch delivery & reduced user errors.
- Use best practices for email deliverability, streamline campaign operations and manage stakeholder expectations to provide speed and scale for prospect, customer and partner campaigns.
- Manage the delivery of list uploads, email, nurture, webinar, landing page campaign requests from field, digital, customer advocacy, customer support, renewal teams, product marketing / management.
- Run regular campaign sync meetings with stakeholders to resolve communication gaps in execution plans.
- Manage the email and webinar execution calendars providing timely insight to stakeholders on audience fatigue or messaging dissonance.
- Liaise with brand and content teams to improve email & landing page templates, subject lines, open, click through rate and content consumption.
- Liaise with global, digital team to modernize Pre-MQL nurture tracks to become contextual and based on activity.
- Train and manage the agency staff to delegate overflows due to workload or out of office within marketing operations team.
- Enable marketing operations run disciplined and predictable campaign management process.
- Define and prioritize optimizations for HubSpot including campaign setup, execution, tracking, lead management, scoring, and routing, nurture, targeting and audience segmentation.
- Build and monitor the backend automation of landing pages, emails, webinars, segmentation, ABM, nurture programs, UTM parameters, events, reporting, workflows, and digital programs.
- Perform list imports and identify areas of improvement.
- Understand and ensure compliance in accordance with global privacy standards / laws.
Process and Documentation :
Provide training to marketing and sales teams on marketing operations processes, tools, and technologies.Optimize, scale, and document processes following marketing and sales best practices.Job Qualifications :
Bachelors degree required.Marketing experience with 3-5 years of marketing automation experience preferably Hubspot.Hubspot certified associate or expert status is a plus.Experience establishing and maintaining system documentation and training materials.Demonstrated Excel experience (v-lookups, pivot tables, deduping, basic data analysis).Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process of the B2B marketing funnel.Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM (preferred).Strong team player that works well with counterparts from various functions / departments (regional and global marketing teams, sales operations, business intelligence, and IT).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to build new processes and workflows to scale.Effective time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines.Proactive, takes initiative, and asks the right questions.Maintain a data-driven approach through continual analysis and optimization.Dont meet every single qualification?
