Job Description - AVP (Talent Acquisition)
Planning & Execution :
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast hiring needs and design short- and long-term workforce plans.
- Conduct market analysis to benchmark compensation and talent availability.
Talent Acquisition Leadership :
Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, leadership, and niche roles.Build and manage sourcing strategies through portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical functions.Partner with business leaders to align hiring with organizational growth.Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.Offer Management & Compliance :
Lead salary negotiations and ensure alignment with budgets.Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and data protection regulations.Employer Branding & Candidate Experience :
Strengthen employer brand visibility and reputation.Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience across all touchpoints.Vendor & Agency Management :
Manage recruitment agency and vendor relationships.Evaluate performance and ensure cost-effective hiring outcomes.Diversity & Analytics :
Drive diversity hiring initiatives across levels.Define and monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).Deliver insights and reports to senior leadership.Collaboration & Leadership :
