Restaurant General Manager – Bangalore
Role Summary :
The Restaurant General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. This leadership position requires effective team management, financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to daily restaurant activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and motivate the entire restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening / closing, inventory, and compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and control budgets, food and labor costs, and prepare regular operational reports.
- Oversee vendor management, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotional partners to increase restaurant visibility and revenue.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred).Several years of experience as Restaurant Manager or in a senior management role within the industry.Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and food safety standards.Proficiency with restaurant management software is an advantage.
