General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to head a large chemical complex at Dahej .

This General Manager role will provide overall leadership for Operations, Engineering, and Projects across process and power plants.

Location : Dahej

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Operations and Engineering teams to ensure high efficiency and reliability.
• Drive strategic planning and project execution aligned with business goals.
• Manage cross-functional coordination across production, maintenance, and utilities.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and statutory compliance across the complex.
• Build and mentor multi-disciplinary teams for performance excellence.
• Oversee resource planning, cost optimization , and productivity enhancement.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders .
