Job Description

At WSP, we are seeking for a Senior Engineer - Civil to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading, developing, and delivering civil engineering projects from feasibility to construction. You will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery : Ensure the successful delivery of projects by collaborating within a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Supervision : Supervise project teams in producing feasibility studies, detailed designs, and technical reports.
• Technical Review : Conduct technical reviews and ensure designs meet relevant standards and codes.
• Innovation : Embrace digital engineering and promote innovative engineering design solutions.
• Mentorship : Act as a mentor to team members and potentially take on line management responsibilities.
• Project Management : Manage projects to meet program and budget requirements.
• Client Liaison : Liaise with clients to discuss technical solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
• Business Development : Contribute to winning work through the production of fees, scopes, and quality responses to client tenders.
