• Experience in recruitment / staffing (IT & Non-IT)
• Strong communication & decision-making skills
• Balance of data-driven mindset & people-first approach
• A go-getter mindset that thrives on targets
• Client Handling and onboarding experience
• Having new client that you can onboarded will be an advantage
• Hunger to grow with a company that’s growing fast

Salary Budget & Work Mode :

Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager : REMOTE JOB { 3.5 LPA to 6 LPA }

Recruiter : REMOTE JOB { 1.7 LPA to 3 LPA }
