Fretron, India’s leading cloud-based Transport Management System (TMS) , is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to manage IT & non-IT hiring , including campus recruitment , and support HR operations. You’ll play a key role in building a high-performing workforce while staying updated on market trends and AI innovations to strengthen our talent strategy.

What You’ll Do :

Lead end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Execute campus and professional hiring strategies across IT & non-IT roles.

Conduct market research and stay updated on AI and industry trends to inform hiring decisions.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Maintain accurate ATS data , talent pools, and candidate communications.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

Who We’re Looking For :

2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT & non-IT) and campus hiring.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration , or related field. MBA (HR & Marketing) preferred.

Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills .

Proficiency in ATS, MS Office , and recruitment tools.

Awareness of AI trends and their impact on workforce planning.
