We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to vendors, clients and implementation partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Hands on experience in handling full life cycle of Bench Sales recruiter.
• Develop & Maintain strong Relationship with direct clients, Vendors and Implementation partners.
• Negotiate contracts, rate and employment terms with vendors and clients.
• Track submission, interviews and placements effectively using ATS Tools.
• Stay updated on market trends and requirements in US IT Staffing.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target drive environment
