Senior Sales Manager – Bonds . The candidate will be responsible for driving bond sales

Primary & Secondary

across institutional and high-net-worth (HNW) clients, expanding market reach, and contributing to the firm’s fixed income strategy.

Candidate Profile 5-6 years

of experience in wealth management, preferably with a private bank, broking house, or AMC. - Proven track record in managing and growing AUM of INR 50 Cr or more. - Strong knowledge of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, equity, and fixed income instruments. - Excellent client acquisition, relationship-building, and communication skills. -

Certifications

like NISM VA / NISM XA+XB / CFP (preferred). -

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance , Commerce, Economics, or a related field. Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients (mutual funds, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, etc.).
  • Execute bond transactions including government securities, corporate bonds, municipal bonds, and structured debt products.
  • Identify market trends, client needs, and product opportunities to grow bond distribution and trading volumes.
  • Work closely with the trading desk, research, and origination teams to deliver value-added solutions to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to product and investment teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market developments, credit profiles, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
