Key Points Explained :
- Experience :
- The candidate should have 10–12 years of total experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare financial setting.
- Education :
- Must be a Postgraduate (MBA, MHA, M.Com, or equivalent).
- Insurance & Tariffs Management :
- Should have hands-on experience in negotiating and managing insurance tariffs, understanding packages and claim settlements, and maintaining compliance with insurance partners and TPAs.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) :
- Proficient in tracking outstanding payments, analyzing collections, reducing receivables, and ensuring timely follow-ups with insurance companies and corporates.
- Team Management :
- Should have managed a team of 30 or more staff, including billing executives, cashiers, TPA coordinators, and AR officers.
- Digital Skills :

- Communication :
