Role Description

• Troubleshooting and repair of computers and debugging performance issues.
• Managing and handling computer peripherals and software.
• Performing tests of new hardware and software
• Providing technical support for hardware issues
• Evaluate new technologies and determining whether they can be integrated into existing computer systems. They must consider factors such as compatibility, performance, and cost when evaluating new technologies.
• Purchasing of computer peripherals after deep study and market research.
• Trouble shooting of Networking and Internet related issue.
• Proper handling of CCTV cameras, Bio matrix machines and intercom phones.
• Day to day arrangement of computer consumable items like cartridge.
• Managing of software ‘s licenses and renewals.
• Timely payments of AMC’s phones bills and internet bills.
