Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager located in New Delhi. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new talent, managing existing talent, coordinating with clients, and organizing auditions and casting calls. The role includes overseeing performance schedules, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and developing personalized growth plans for artists. The Talent Manager will also work closely with the marketing team to promote events and artists, ensuring their success in various performances and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Management, identifying and developing new talent
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in coordinating auditions, casting calls, and performance schedules
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Collaboration skills to work with marketing teams and promote artists
• Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Business, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Experience in event management and production is a plus
