Position Overview

The Senior Solution Analyst (SA3) will act as a citizen developer and lead business analyst within the centralized AI for Delivery team, driving both transformational initiatives (Phase 1) and ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) improvements.

This role is not about building software from scratch; the infrastructure already exists in Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Instead, the SA3 will partner with subject matter experts across delivery functions to :

Capture requirements

Challenge assumptions

Redesign processes

Configure AI agents through prompt editing and API connections

Deliver solutions that generate measurable cost savings, faster delivery, and better business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines business analysis skills with experience on system design projects (e.g., CRM / ERP migrations) and the mindset of a citizen developer who thrives at shaping processes into actionable AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solutioning

Partner with delivery SMEs to analyze complex process sets and reinvent them using AI-enabled approaches.

Challenge stakeholders on measurability, outputs, and usage requirements, ensuring clarity on what success looks like.

Translate requirements into prompt templates, API connections, and Copilot Studio agent configurations.

Build solution charters, documenting functional deliverables, file outputs, and required interfaces.

Citizen Development & AI Configuration

Configure Copilot Studio agents via GUI-driven instruction editing.

Write, refine, and test prompts to align outputs with stakeholder needs.

Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise templates and project artifacts.

Provide feedback when platform limitations prevent a requirement from being met, suggesting alternatives.

Stakeholder Leadership & Transformation

Lead workshops to gather requirements, process documentation, and success measures.

Act as the primary bridge between SMEs, business leadership, and technical platform teams.

Support adoption and change management for AI-enabled solutions across functions.

Ensure outputs (e.g., code generation, test generation, process documentation) align with transformation goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years in business analysis, system design, or solution delivery roles.

Demonstrated experience with enterprise transformation projects (CRM, ERP, or process redesign).

Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI integrations.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to challenge requirements constructively.

Analytical mindset with the ability to design measurable outcomes.

Desirable

Experience as a citizen developer or configuring low-code / no-code solutions.

Exposure to prompt engineering, AI agent design, or API integration.

Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Power Platform.

Ability to work across time zones (EST and UK).
