Job description

Core Responsibilities :

  • Lead technical design of AI-ready target architecture and integration models.
  • Conduct in-depth as-is assessment of trading and data ecosystems.
  • Develop future-state blueprint aligned with ADNOC Global Tradings 5-year strategy.
  • Define modular, scalable, and cloud-native architecture patterns (Azure / AWS preferred).
  • Own technical design artefacts and architecture governance.
  • Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to present and refine recommendations.
  • Identify key dependencies, risks, and phased implementation roadmap.

Required Qualifications :

  • 15+ years of architecture experience in commodities, energy, or financial domains.
  • Proven expertise in high-throughput data platforms, algorithmic trading systems, and microservices architecture.
  • Mastery in deal capture, risk workflows, and settlement / payment systems.
  • TOGAF, AWS / Azure certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, and container-based deployment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
  • Arabic language skills a plus.

  • Phased implementation roadmap with clear milestone.
