About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent that aligns with our company's culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across functions (from sourcing to onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels — job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).
- Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding and employee branding initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools ( Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.What We Offer :
