Agile Project Manager (Scrum Master)

You'll be the go-to person for managing agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you will be doing :

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure smooth sprint execution
• Track and manage sprint progress using tools like Jira or Linear
• Help teams identify and remove impediments quickly
• Promote agile values, coach teams on agile best practices
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication
• Continuously assess team performance and find ways to improve efficiency and delivery
