Project Manager Agile Facilitator

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master & Project Manager to lead our agile projects. This dual-role requires an individual who can guide teams using the Scrum framework while managing project scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can drive projects from initiation to closure and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Agile Facilitation : Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Guide the team on Agile principles, remove impediments, and track progress using Agile metrics.
• Project Management : Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle. Develop project plans, manage scope, budget, and schedule. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Stakeholder & Team Management : Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Manage project resources, including team deployment and performance. Oversee project Profit & Loss (P&L) and obtain customer sign-offs.
• Operational Excellence : Maintain project documentation and registries using tools like Jira / Confluence. Focus on strong project initiation and closure, including vendor management and project archiving.
