Job Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance process for our applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional testing, infrastructure testing, and basic automation, combined with proven leadership abilities to guide and mentor QA teams. This role will ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions by establishing and enforcing best practices in testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning

• Define QA strategy, approach, and execution for projects.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test data based on project requirements.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure proper test coverage.

Functional & Infrastructure Testing

Automation & Tools

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Quality Governance & Reporting

Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.
