Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Integrity Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and reliability of pressure systems and other critical assets. This role involves implementing Integrity Management services, supporting Corrosion and Risk Management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) preparatory activities including data gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Collect, review, and analyze asset data (for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, pressure piping, pressure relieving devices, pipelines etc.) including inspection history, design documents, and process parameters.
- Support corrosion management studies thorough identification and markup of Corrosion loops, piping groups, inventory groups on PFD and P&IDs.
- Assist in developing inspection work scopes and examination schemes, ensuring alignment with RBI outcomes and stakeholder awareness.
- Contribute to the development of engineering reports, including integrity assessments and recommendations.
- Support the update and maintenance of Integrity Management Databases (e.g., inspection history, corrosion rates, RBI outputs).
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ASTM, DNV).
- Develop inspection isometric drawings marking corrosion monitoring locations.
- Provide SME support to CAD engineers to create and update 2D and 3D inspection isometric drawings using CAD tools or specialized software
Qualifications
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline in a relevant subject (e.g. Mechanical or allied, Corrosion, Materials, Metallurgy Engineering)Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Oil and Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery asset integrity management servicesSKILLS
Experience with offshore and onshore assets (including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, pressure piping, pressure relieving devices, pipelines etc.)Knowledge of corrosion mechanisms and mitigation strategies.Exposure to inspection techniques (NDT, visual inspection, etc.).Ability to interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and engineering drawings.
