Job Title : Sr Performance Tester

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to assess and ensure the scalability, responsiveness, and stability of our applications under varying load conditions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools, scripting, and analysing system performance data.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and scripts
• Conduct load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing
• Analyse test results and identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve application performance
• Prepare and present detailed performance test reports and dashboards
• Automate performance test scenarios where applicable
• Monitor systems during tests and track metrics such as CPU, memory, and response times
