Lead Full Stack Developer -.Net / React.js

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has expertise in C# / . NET development, with experience in modern UI frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable financial applications that power mission-critical solutions for our clients in the banking and fintech sectors.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop secure, high-performing, and scalable applications using. NET Core / . NET 6+.
• Build interactive front-end interfaces using one of the following : JavaScript Frameworks (React, Next) Blazor. NET or WPF.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, Microservices, and database components.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design documentation.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.
• Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with industry standards (PCI DSS, OWASP, etc. ).
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues when needed.
