Full Stack Lead -.Net Core / React.js

Were looking for a Full Stack Developer (Lead) to drive end-to-end development, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver high-performing enterprise applications.

Youll collaborate with architects, BAs, product owners, and engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions using modern Microsoft and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a full-stack team across the software lifecycle (design development deployment support).
• Design & implement enterprise applications using .NET 8, C#, React, Node.js, Azure / AWS.
• Architect & build microservices and micro-frontends (MFE).
• Manage Agile ceremonies, reporting (dashboards, velocity, burn-downs), and conflict resolution.
• Drive CI / CD pipelines, DevOps, cloud deployments (Azure services, Docker, AKS, Redis).
• Ensure best practices : SOLID principles, testing, code reviews, scalability, security.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure 24 / 7 availability.
