About the Role :
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our institute as an Assistant Professor (Full-Time or Adjunct) in the Department of Finance & Accounting. The ideal candidate should bring strong academic and industry experience, with a passion for teaching and guiding students in various finance and accounting domains.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality lectures in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Financial Management, and related CA subjects.
- Design and develop course content, lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials aligned with academic standards.
- Mentor and guide students for academic progress, professional certifications, and career development.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
- Participate in academic administration, departmental meetings, and institutional activities.
- Contribute to curriculum enrichment and implementation of innovative teaching methodologies.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry practices, professional updates, and relevant regulatory changes.
Qualifications & Experience :
Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in industry, practice, or academics.Strong command over core CA subjects such as Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Financial Reporting ,and Financial Management.Prior teaching or training experience is preferred (but not mandatory).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Passion for teaching and ability to engage and motivate students.Job Type- Full-Time or Adjunct
