Job descriptionConduct original research and publish findings in reputable journals. Guide and mentor students in research projects, dissertations, and thesis work. Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars. Assist in designing and updating the curriculum to meet educational standards and industry trends. Contribute to course planning, assessment strategies, and evaluation processes. Ensure teaching methods and course content meet accreditation and quality standards. Provide academic guidance, career counseling, and mentorship to students. Address student queries and support their professional and personal development. Supervise student projects, internships, and practical training sessions. Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and policy development. Contribute to quality assurance, accreditation processes, and institutional development initiatives. Mentor junior faculty members and support faculty development programs. Master's degree or PhD in the relevant subject field. 11–15 years of teaching experience in colleges, universities, or professional institutions. Proven track record of research publications, presentations, and academic contributions. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in educational technology and online teaching platforms.
