Jalanta Stays, a leading name in luxury villas and premium hospitality, is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Kondhwa NIBM, Pune (Day Shift).

Role Overview :

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by converting leads into bookings and building lasting customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the hospitality industry while being part of a dynamic, guest-focused team.

Key Responsibilities :

• ️ Manage guest inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, OTAs, and direct platforms
• ️ Convert leads into confirmed bookings, meeting monthly sales targets
• ️ Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
• ️ Coordinate with property managers and operations for smooth guest experiences
• ️ Maintain accurate sales reports and booking records

What We’re Looking For :

✨ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✨ Prior experience in sales or hospitality preferred (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply)

✨ Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong negotiation skills

✨ Comfortable using MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and OTA portals
