Marketing Specialist

Looking for PowerPoint presentation specialist from Finance background for the marketing team for our Investment Banking Client for Pune Location on Contract to hire role.Role : PowerPoint Specialist4-5 years' of experienceB. Com or a related field of studyLocation : PuneExcellent writing and communication skillsKey Responsibilities :

• Review and update standard marketing collateral, including PowerPoint presentations and sales aids, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Compliance standards.
• Ensure all relevant documents such as standard presentations and sales aids meet compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, digital, and information services teams to facilitate timely and broad distribution of marketing materials.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of templates using Seismic.
• Comply with all corporate policies and procedures within the department.
• Immediately alert management of any significant changes to business risks or internal control effectiveness.
• Notify management and / or Compliance promptly of any regulatory breaches.Skills and Experience :
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Previous experience in the investment management industry and Mutual Funds is preferred.Applications Knowledge :
