Human Resources Generalist

Role Summary

The purpose of this role is to enable to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience across the organization.

The incumbent will be responsible for governance, process excellence, policy implementation, and people partnership , ensuring that all HR processes are efficient, compliant, and data-driven. The role acts as the connective layer between strategic HR initiatives and daily execution

Key Responsibilities :

HR Operations & Governance

• Support end-to-end employee life cycle (onboarding to exit) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Maintain employee records and documentation with strong focus on data integrity and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Compliance for payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
• Digitize and streamline workflows across HR systems and touchpoints.
• Serve as HR lead for HRIS / HCM tools (e.g. Zoho People)
• Maintain master data accuracy and perform periodic audits or data consistency.
• Create and publish HR dashboards covering headcount, attrition, attendance, and other KPIs.
• Support in Driving automation, workflow optimization, and reporting enhancements.
