The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
About the Role.
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with internal policies
Handle salary revisions, bonuses, and deductions
Coordinate with finance for disbursement and reconciliation
Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely filing and payment of PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory dues
Maintain records and documentation for audits and inspections
Stay updated on labor laws and statutory regulations
Liaise with government authorities and consultants as needed
HR Operations
Maintain employee database and attendance records
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Assist in HR documentation and policy implementation
Address employee queries related to payroll and compliance
Qualifications
MBA in HR, Commerce, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software
Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory frameworks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
