Job Title : Senior Manager - Media Planning (Integrated)

Location : Richmond Road, Bengaluru

Experience : Minimum 6 years of Integrated Planning experience within digital marketing agencies, integrated ad agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, creative or similar roles within mainline or digital agencies. ( Experience from other industries will not be considered for this position )

Job Purpose :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Integrated Planning to lead media strategy, planning, and client engagement for key accounts at Dentsu X. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of brand needs, consumer behavior, and media dynamics across both offline and online channels , while driving business growth and long-term partnerships.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive client growth, retention, and ROI .
• Lead end-to-end integrated media planning across offline and digital channels, ensuring seamless alignment with brand objectives.
• Build, strengthen, and manage client relationships , understanding their business challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
• Mentor and guide business teams , promoting collaboration, efficiency, and high performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders – buying, operations, finance, strategy, and analytics – to deliver unified outcomes.
• Craft compelling narratives and presentations to communicate strategies, performance, and insights to clients and leadership.
• Lead and support new business pitches , collaborating across teams to drive business wins.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends, tools, and competition , and adjust strategies proactively.
