Position : Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in managing and scaling paid ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn .

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager .
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, campaign structure, A / B testing & ROI-focused optimization.
• Build conversion-focused funnels and remarketing pipelines.
• Set up and track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Events & UTM tracking .
• Monitor daily performance & optimize for CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to deliver high-performing ad creatives.
• Generate weekly / monthly performance reports with deep insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in ad platforms, automation, and AI-driven audience targeting.
