Position Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join our remote team.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions from scratch, along with a strong background in system integrations and HR domain understanding.
You will play a strategic role in architecture decisions while being hands-on with configuration and Responsibilities :
- Act as the technical lead and architect for ServiceNow HRSD implementations and enhancements.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HRSD projects : requirement gathering, architecture, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Architect scalable and maintainable HRSD solutions using out-of-the-box features of ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and developers to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and implement key HRSD modules such as :
- Lifecycle Events (e.g., Onboarding, Offboarding)
- HR Case and Knowledge Management
- Employee Service Center (ESC)
- Virtual Agent for HR
- HR and Payroll Services
- Design and implement integrations using Scripted REST APIs, Integration Hub, and other middleware platforms.
- Provide hands-on support for development, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
- Maintain compliance with platform best practices, security protocols, and governance policies.
- Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration plans.
- Stay current on ServiceNow platform capabilities, upgrades, and emerging features such as Now Assist for Skills & Experience :
- 12+ years of total IT experience, with 810 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, especially as a Technical Architect / Technical Lead.
- Proven experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions from scratch across design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules and features including :
- Lifecycle Events
- HR & Payroll Services
- Virtual Agent
- Employee Service Portal
- Strong command of ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionalities, HRSD data models, and workflows.
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (client / server), UI policies, business rules, flow designer, and REST APIs.
- Strong integration skills using Scripted REST APIs, Integration Hub, or similar tools.
- Solid grasp of HR processes, HRIT systems, and compliance requirements in a global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments and lead small development / configuration : :
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist :
- Now Assist for HRSD (desirable)
- Any other ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Integration Hub, Virtual Skills :
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
