Job descriptionPartner with the business and HR Function to support the definition of process transformation and technology enablement as well as data requirements, drive planning and execution of enterprise migration to GBS within the Region Lead HR work transitions into the regional GBS locations, working with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners, HR functional teams, and local stakeholders. Oversee readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization. Coordinate process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees. Develop and implement transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecard and escalation frameworks. Participate in change management efforts, supporting communication and training plans at the local
