Location - Ecotech 3, Noida Extension
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions (blue-collar and staff).
- Coordinate manpower planning and ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Collaborate with line managers to forecast and meet workforce requirements.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain harmonious employee relations and handle grievance redressal effectively.Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.Promote open communication between management and employees.3. Industrial Relations (IR)
Manage relationships with trade unions (if applicable) and ensure peaceful industrial climate.Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements.Handle disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and ensure compliance with labor laws.4. Compliance & Statutory Management
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations (Factories Act, ESI, PF, etc.).Liaise with government authorities during inspections and audits.Maintain accurate records and statutory registers.5. Performance Management
Implement the performance appraisal system and support managers in goal setting.Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.Drive performance improvement initiatives.6. Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy of attendance, leave, and overtime records.Manage plant-level benefits, welfare activities, and employee assistance programs.Recommend salary revisions and incentives in line with company policy.7. Health, Safety & Welfare
Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives in coordination with the Safety Officer.Ensure employee welfare measures, canteen, transport, and housing facilities are maintained.Conduct health awareness and safety training programs.8. HR Administration & Reporting
Maintain updated employee records and HR metrics dashboards.Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities.Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and factory compliance.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office.Leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Educational Qualifications :
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.Additional certification in labor laws preferred.Experience Required :
6–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a plant / manufacturing setup.Experience managing both white-collar and blue-collar workforce.
