Workplace Safety Specialist - POSH Act Compliance

Job Description :

As a workplace safety trainer, you will lead training sessions on the prevention of sexual harassment (POSH) act, 2013, and women's rights in various corporate settings.

Through our collaborative efforts with organizations, you will educate employees, HR professionals, and management teams on legal duties, responsibilities, and reporting procedures related to POSH act compliance.

• Deliver interactive workshops (online or offline) on POSH act awareness and workplace conduct.
• Collaborate with internal committees (ICCs) to ensure effective implementation of POSH policies and practices.
