are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join 12th Wonders Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, preferably in the USA, and be skilled in prospecting, lead management, and deal closure for software development services.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong client relationships through multiple communication channels.
Key Conduct inside sales and manage end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, engagement, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Identify key decision-makers (CXOs and top management) and strategize approaches for outreach and engagement.
- Demonstrate 12th Wonders services and software development solutions (development, QA, RPA, RFID, etc.) effectively via email, phone, and online presentations.
- Research customer segments, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and increase qualified leads.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide clients with the most suitable solutions.
- Handle client objections, complaints, and concerns professionally to maintain long-term relationships.
- Prepare and present reports on sales metrics, projected revenue, market conditions, and potential risks.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building trust and rapport with potential and existing & Skills :
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in international sales for software development services.
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and pitching services to top management or decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of software services such as development, QA, RPA, RFID, and related solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and deals simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus
