- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and securing new corporate clients across diverse industry sectors.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with corporate clients, government entities, corporate funds, and philanthropic organizations to assess their Learning & Development (L&D), upskilling, and training requirements
- Structure and negotiate high-value corporate deals with Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), L&D Heads and HR Directors
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline with a minimum of 60+ qualified accounts in various stages of the sales cycle
- Develop and implement territory-specific go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration
