1. Hardware Maintenance & Troubleshooting :
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose, repair, or replace malfunctioning hardware and ensure optimal functioning of all systems.
2. Network Setup & Management :
Set up, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues including Wi-Fi signal problems switch / router configurations, and internet downtimes.Manage and maintain IP address schemes and internal DNS / DHCP services.1. Software Installation & Maintenance :
Install, update, and configure operating systems, productivity software (e.g., MS Office), ERP applications, antivirus, etc.Troubleshoot software errors and performance issues across user systems.Ensure licensing compliance and maintain software inventory.Knowledge to provide links required for interviews or other conversation activities with customers / clients etc through Microsoft, google etc.2. Firewall Implementation & Security :
Install, configure, and manage hardware and software firewalls.Monitor firewall logs and troubleshoot issues related to network security and traffic control.Implement security protocols to safeguard company data and network infrastructure.3. Wi-Fi and Internet Support :
Set up and maintain secure and stable Wi-Fi networks.Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues and coordinate with ISPs for uptime and speed consistency.Ensure proper segmentation of guest and internal Wi-Fi networks.4. Server Administration & Troubleshooting :
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows / Linux servers (including file, application, and domain servers).Perform routine server health checks, updates, and patch management.Monitor storage, performance, and ensure data integrity.5. SQL Database Support :
Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases and troubleshooting or application-related data issues.Support database backups and coordinate with software vendors when deeper database support is needed.6. Backup & Disaster Recovery :
Implement and maintain data backup solutions (local / NAS / cloud).Conduct regular backup tests and ensure readiness for disaster recovery.7. User Support & Helpdesk :
Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, and network-related queries.Track and close user issues through an internal ticketing system or helpdesk log.1. IT Asset & Inventory Management :
Maintain up-to-date records of IT assets.Ensure software licensing compliance and system documentation.2. Project Support & IT Improvements :
Support IT / Software infrastructure upgrades, like network upgrades, CCTV system installations and maintenance, and software rollouts.Education
