Service Delivery Team Lead responsible for L3 Level activities and Project implementation, Standardization, Escalation Management, SLA Adherence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Installation, Configuration and trouble shooting of issues as part of Service operations.
• Administration, Addressing performance related issues.
• SOP creation & Runbook.
• Handling L2 & L3 Tickets.
• Administration, Configuration, Troubleshooting.
