Basic Functions –
Co-ordination with Sales and Channel Partners for the Business Development activities.
Keep track of all ongoing projects and report to management.
Joint activity with technical members to ensure on time support.
Keep track of competition and Market demand.
Co-ordinate with Head Office and pull required support to project execution team.
Sales and Profitability management for all India business.
Support Sales team to find out new partners with expertise in specific sectors.
Promotion through Seminar / Exhibitions / Digital Campaign.
Making Business Plan –
Keep track of all ongoing projects and consolidate all India report. Regular interaction with all
Sales members and make a joint visit to ensure required support to win the project. Prepare a Business Plan and ensure to achieve targeted result.
Develop Pricing Strategies –
Discuss with the global team to finalize the pricing strategy.
Identify Target Markets –
Work closely with sales and partners to identify the target sectors. Ensure to find strong execution partner in targeted sectors with the help of Channel Manager. Collect global references to identify the target market.
Market Trends / Competition Information –
Keep watch on Market Development and align support activity to make a strong eco-system. Interact with key customers / Govt Agencies to check global trend. Communicate with company to understand the global development and share the information with local team. Study competitor offering and compare with company solution. Provide and educate sales team on competitor activities.
