Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Delhi, India. The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. Responsibilities include creating new recipes, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and managing kitchen inventory. The Executive Chef will also work closely with management to meet financial objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
Culinary skills : Expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
Management skills : Ability to lead kitchen staff, manage kitchen operations, and maintain inventory
Food safety and sanitation : Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and experience ensuring kitchen cleanliness
Communication and teamwork : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively with team members and management
Experience in managing budgets and financial planning is a plus
Formal culinary training or certification is preferred
Strong base of Continental Cuisine
