Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian Executive Chef located in Ujjain. The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure the quality and consistency of dishes, and create new recipes while maintaining the authenticity of South Indian cuisine. Responsibilities will include menu planning, managing kitchen staff, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
