Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chef cum Sales Executive with a passion for both culinary arts and business development. The ideal candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, leveraging their culinary expertise to demonstrate our product portfolio, build strong client relationships, and drive sales within the HoReCa and institutional sectors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to inspire clients through creative food applications.
Key Responsibilities – Chef cum Sales Executive
Lead live cooking demonstrations, product tastings, and training sessions to showcase product applications.
Engage key decision-makers (chefs, purchase managers, F&B directors) to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly targets within the assigned territory.
Create customized recipes and innovative culinary solutions to meet diverse client requirements.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across the HoReCa, QSR, and institutional sectors.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted culinary advisor.
Collaborate with internal R&D and marketing teams to support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients on optimal product usage and application.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategy.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sampling in the company CRM.
Eligibility Criteria – Chef cum Sales Executive
Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a professional chef; prior experience in B2B food sales is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food service industry (HoReCa) operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven with a proven ability to manage a sales territory and meet targets.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
