Responsibilities :
1. CRM System Management : Administer and maintain our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility to authorized personnel.
2.Data Entry and Analysis : Input and update customer data, including contact information and interaction history. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
3. Customer Segmentation : Create and maintain customer segments for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communication.
4.Campaign Development : Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other customer communications.
5. Automation : Implement and manage automated workflows and processes to streamline customer interactions and improve efficiency.
6. Reporting and Analytics : Generate and analyze reports to assess the effectiveness of CRM strategies and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
7. User Training and Support : Train employees on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support to ensure the system is utilized effectively.
8.Data Privacy and Compliance : Ensure CRM data complies with relevant data protection regulations, such as GDPR, and establish and maintain data privacy practices.
9. Customer Feedback : Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve CRM strategies and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications :
