About the Company

Hiring for Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (Hindi & English)

Mode of Interview : Virtual

Location : Electronic City, Bangalore

Employment Type : Full-time

Shift Timing : Any 9 hours of Rotational shift

Working Days : 6 days / week with 1 rotational off

About the Role & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and accuracy
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications

Education : Graduation is mandatory with all the educational document

Experience : Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Languages : Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English

Typing Skills : Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy (5-minute test)

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English

Minimum 30 WPM typing speed with 90% accuracy

Preferred Skills

Experience in customer support roles

Ability to work in a team environment

Salary Package

22k CTC for freshers

26k CTC for experienced
