- Drive full-cycle recruitment — from crafting job posts to welcoming new team members.
- Build a smooth onboarding experience that makes every new hire feel part of something special.
- Support performance review cycles and assist in career growth frameworks.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination with accuracy.
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives that keep our teams motivated and connected.
- Handle employee communication and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Keep HR policies updated and ensure smooth compliance processes.
- Collaborate with management on people strategy and culture improvement.
