Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Drive the full software development life cycle - from planning and analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect, design, and implement robust full-stack solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest tech trends and evaluate the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Conduct regular code reviews and enforce engineering best practices and standards.
• Manage project tracking and delivery using JIRA and Scrum methodologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
